Ultras

A general term for football fans.

Because of the excessive commercialization of modern football, ultras come out with the slogan "Against Modern Football".

The phrase "modern football" sums up the factors that turn sport into an ordinary business: rising ticket prices, bans on standing stands for fans, the diminishing role of home-grown players due to the purchase of foreign players, players moving to other clubs just for high salaries, and the sale of traditional historical names of stadiums and clubs to sponsors.
